Terms of booking and booking payment

By placing a booking, you and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as written. During your stay you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions. To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age. Treatments can only be carried out on guests of 16 or 17 years of age if accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the treatment.

To secure any booking we require full payment on booking. Payments must be 'cleared funds' before a booking can be confirmed. Payments are only refundable under the conditions set-out here within.

Payments on this website can be made using major debit / credit cards. Any charges raised against us by our banks for handling dishonoured cheque's, bank transfers or any other payments, must be reimbursed by the lead guest within seven (7) days of any request to do so. Your bank statement will show the charge as NORFOLK PASSPORT.

All guests agree to respect other guests and employees. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of your booking, and may also result in you having to vacate the site if you have a room booked with us. In any of the above situations, no payment will be reimbursed.

Arrival Time

Guests must arrive on time for bookings, if the guest or guests are late, it will result their treatment, package or experience time being reduced accordingly. It is advised that all guests arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time of the booking.

We reserve the right to cancel a treatment booking if the guest or guests arrive with less than 20 minutes of booked treatment time left. No reimbursment of payment will be provided in this event.

Guest collection, consultation and changing are all included within the treatment time stated on booking.

Contraindications

It is necessary that we know your relevant medical history prior to your arrival. This can be done by completing the consultation form set to you upon booking.

If a medical condition is present which means that we cannot carry out your preferred treatment, we will contact you directly to either change the treatment or cancel the treatment if it is an absolute contraindication. If you have any queries about medical conditions that would mean you could not have a treatment, please contact us directly (info@thepigs.org.uk) so we can advise further.

If you have not completed the form 24 hours prior to your arrival, and there is a medical condition present that means we do cannot treat you, we will not proceed with the treatment and  no payment will be refunded.

Cancellation & no-show conditions

Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@thepigs.org.uk or calling 01263 587634.

In the event of a cancellation, if more than 24 hours prior to to the start time of your booking, any paid monies will be fully refundable.

If cancellation is less than 24 hours before the start time of the booking, no monies will be refundable.

No-show guests forfeit their payment and the full amount of the booking will not be refunded.

In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.

WiFi policy

Where WiFi internet access is provided, guests accept to use this access to the internet fairly and appropriately. We may monitor network performance and user usage in order to maintain a fair and high level of service to all our guests.

Internet access provided is intended for general use such as access to the world wide web, email, messaging, social media, light video / music / media streaming. It is not intended or ideally suited for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads / uploads. Access to illegal activity or use of our network for illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported.

Damages and lost property

We reserve the right to charge for any damages caused by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs.

Any lost property will be held for a period of one month. Whilst we will make our best efforts to contact the owners, we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking-out.

Parking

Where on-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk.

Our right to cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.
